    Turkish is major member of Turkic Language Family and today it is spoken by around 100 million people. Significant number of Turkish speakers are found in Caucasus, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Northern Macedonia, Northern Cyprus and Greece. The basic word order of Turkish is subject–object–verb and Turkish have no noun classes or grammatical gender.

    Yunus Emre Institute (YEE): You don’t need to wait the start of your university to learn Turkish. With YEE, you can start learning it even before arriving in Türkiye! YEE adopts the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The four basic language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) are taught at equal levels and language instruction is carried out at six levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, defined based on European Language Portfolio criteria.
